Ken is an experienced voice actor based in Tokyo and has 2 main regular positions on a weekly TV shows in Japan and have been working on so many voiceover projects in Japanese over the years. His original approach to voice acting blows us away every time. What’s more, we are proud that we get to work with this talented voice actor. Let us introduce you Ken!


What advice would you give to future voice actors?

"Be open to any suggestions given, and let muses in you speak/sing as they wish.  You are the medium."


Who’s your favorite band/singer?

"Recently I’ve been listening to Iron & Wine.  I’m trying to figure out why I like his songs."


What’s your favorite Japanese TV program/movie?

"I can’t help going back to Kurosawa’s."


What do you do (if anything) to get ready for a recording?

"I wear something red/pink on the day."


What suburb of Tokyo do you live in and what do you like about it?

"I live in Koenji, where a lot of poor actors and singers live.  Things are cheaper here."


If you play video games, what are your top 3 games?

"Against my expectation, Pokemon Go is somehow turning out more fun to me."


What music do you like to listen to when you are relaxing at home?

"Ones that have jazz taste."
